Dear Applicant,

Thank you for considering the IMCAS FUND. Here is a step-by-step overview of the application process:

  • Read our Application Guidelines carefully for optimal project submission. Make sure your project meets the requirements contained in this document. Projects that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
  • Complete and submit the Project Specification Form at the bottom of this page. IMCAS FUND may contact you for further project details.
  • Deadline for project submissions is 5 September 2025 23:59 CEST. Projects submitted past the deadline will not be considered.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and validated by the Board of Directors of IMCAS Fund. You will be notified of their decision by January 2026.

The ideas put forward in your application will remain your intellectual property. If you have objections about publication to a wider audience (beyond the IMCAS FUND Scientific Director, Executive Secretary, Board of Directors, and Selection Committee members), please give notice of this fact on the Project Specification Form.


The Scientific Board, committed to the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality, will make the final selection. Funding decisions are final and cannot be challenged.

* Projects must be linked to a non-profit organisation (e.g., research centers, hospitals, universities, etc.). Projects from individuals or commercial enterprises are not accepted. Projects cannot aim at promoting or testing a specific singular product or company.
